How to open the hidden compartment of the Smart Case OSLO Large ?

There is a small hole in the corner of the compartment. You can place you finger and pull, don’t be afraid, it will come easily.

We use tear-proof plastic. The divider is robust, it's rare but it can break. This spare peace is very easy to replace. We can send you a new one for free.

Please send us an email with your delivery address, and the model concerned (you can send a picture to be sure).

ÖGON Design products are covered by a 2 years international warranty against all manufacturing defects under normal use and respect of the instructions for use specified by the brand.

The guarantee ÖGON Designs does not cover damage resulting from accidents, handling or use inappropriate (falls, shocks, ...) or wear and normal aging of the product.

Attach to your e-mail the proof of purchase of the product and/or photos showing the defects of the product.

The guarantee includes the replacement of the product by a new product and the shipping costs for the sending of the new product. The shipping costs for the return of your defective product are at your expense.

How do I clean my ÖGON wallet?

Aluminum or carbon fiber card holders can be cleaned with a soft cloth and glass cleaner

Aluminium has antibacterial properties.

In which wallet can I store my car keys?

A car card/key emits waves (it is not passive like a credit card).
If you store it in an aluminium card case, it will not be protected in the same way as credit cards.
Moreover, due to its thickness, the capacity of the card holder would be really reduced.
The divider is not designed to hold such thick element, it can be damaged.

Do you have a specific model for the Airtag ?

As we try to make compact wallets it is difficult to include an Airtag or anykind of tracking system. The Airtag is a little thick to go inside the wallet. It will take up all the space (and the range could be limited).
You can stick it on the outside of our products.
